The snowboarder had priority in this case as he was further down the slope, however its a bit of silly place to pull up, conversley the skier could see the boarder and should have regulated his speed to account for a such a turn from the boarder.

When I ski, I give boarders lots of room when I overtake them as they do tend to traverse about on the slopes with lots of turns, generally using up lots of the piste while going *relatively* slowly.

El k va delante tendra preferencia, es cierto, pero el del ski iba por el lateral recto, y el snow se cruza sin mirar. En mi opinion, culpa total del snow en este caso
