Good Job! I love his hair and the effort you put into it. I think it would have looked better though if you used less shading on his face and added some extra details his environment. I think you just need to add more into it and lighten up on shading in the nose area and lighten his face. Great work!!
a tip for you to help you in your drawing expeditions: try to understand how the shape is in 3D. For instnace, notice how the nose bridge looks flattened and the lips are flattened and lowered. Try to realize how the chin is shaped and the nose bridge, and why things look like they do at that perspective - it will help you to not even have to worry about copying the picture so much as just using it as a reference :)
