How sad, sorry I didn't go, I just can't take emotional events like this. Tito Poch was the first guy that taught me how to drive SIR and I didn't even have to ask him. He will be a great inspiration for me forever. He's one of a kind hero.
I remember the night before my first kart race and as he handed me his old race suit, his advice " Brake as little as possible". In life, I believe he did the same in life. Well lived Tito Poch.
titi poch thanks for the inspiration to all amateur racers...sir kookie keep the flames burning we will support you all the way...one last toast to the greatest driver in the world..tito poch
tito poch you will always be remembered as one of the country's greats, for you the engines will keep on roaring!!! what an amazing tribute to the man. i was so touched while kookie was having an emotional moment on the track. we will miss you tito poch...
Thanks again James, we're all gonna feel the void he left behind for a long time. So long Tito Poch, you'll be remembered exactly as you wished you'd be. We'll certainly miss that smile that always comes with a wink. ;)
I just watched it again... It's just as beautiful the second time around! Great job, Ardie! Thank you, too, Robert! A great job here. Bye tito Poch :) Happy Motoring!
Great Video! Thanks for doing this, at least for us who were not able to go last Sunday was able to see how Tito Poch's flying lap was done. I was also in tears when Kookie touched the ashes.
Thank you again Tito Poch for all that you have done.
James is right, that rubbing of the urn was heartbreaking. That made me cry and when everyone went to the podium, all of them lost it. I couldn't talk anymore, my voice cracked and I burst out to tears when I saw them crying and saying "he did it." Thanks Ardie, you did it!
I loved the part where Kookie rubbed the urn... that was so beautiful. I could almost hear tito Poch correcting Kookie when he lost the tail of the Miata out of the corner. I should feel sad, but somehow your video makes me feel happy. It is how Tito Poch would want everyone to feel. He once told his kids just before he passed away, "if people are starting to look sad in the wake, lock the doors and kick em out!"
LUCKY ARE THOSE WHO WITNESSED THE RUN OF THE LEGEND IN HIS DAYS....LUCKY ARE THOSE WHO SEE THE LEGEND IN HIS WAYS.....
