I've been going thru the same type thing. I was sick for awhile, and then I gained all my weight back plus more. I've been trying to lose weight the healthy way and it's working out. I just wanted to know how long it took when you were doing it the healthy way (to get back down to a more healthy weight) to see results. I'm worried that I'll slip up and fall back into Anorexia, and I just want to know if I will be able to see results the healthy way and not with Anorexia back in my life.
