People wont allow you to reduce spending that much- but at least the theory is sane otherwise.

The FAIR TAX eliminates the IRS and prevents the tax on your income. The Income tax is then replaced with a 23% sales tax. Why not vote for Ron Paul, Ron PAUL WANTS TO REPLACE THE IRS WITH NOTHING. GO AHEAD DO YOUR RESEARCH.
