Great video as always, not that this system is new to me but you presented it well. Also you could not have chosen any better games to demonstrate the system with eighter. Castlevania FTW
@brollicon Actually, a bit of english text in Japanese games is very commen, though I'm not sure why, but these are not translated versions of these games.
@thatguyontheright1 True that, like I said, I got this system mainly for the convenience of it, but it wasn't cheap. The systems seperately are much more commen, and much more affordable, but use RF as opposed to AV.
castlevania 3 had awesome graphics imo and the entire series is loaded with incredible music

It is so strange seeing a loading screen on Castlevania! Thanks for showing this system.

@HackThePlanet2600 Not a problem. It really is an awesome system, and a bit of a rarity outside of Japan.

@KidShoryuken
Because English is trendy and looks cool to Japanese, just like Kanji or Japanese writing might look cool to use.

One thing I forgot to mention, the expansion ports for additonal controllers and such are on the side of the system. My bad. :b

If I ever get the honor of owning a Famicom, I know I'd want the disc system too, so I'd probably go after this machine first :)
TheAtari7800Junkie 6 months ago
@TheAtari7800Junkie the two systems separately are cheaper than getting a Sharp Twin.
