I agree with cocoaboy this is a perfect cover. The vocalist of this band has, just as much power as paul stanley did on this song, but i wouldn't say more power than paul stanley, i would say Iced Earths vocalist has deeper vocals, but not more power than paul stanley... just on Kiss's own song. Remember folks kiss is Iced Earth's inspiration and they pulled it off nicely!!

It is Fucking Awesome. Iced Earth is a great American made Metal. I think they are very underrated than they should be more in the public eyes. Iced Earth crushes Metallica. There more rooted with Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, But they stand alone in my eyes.

The only thing that makes this not as good as the KISS original is the somewhat more polished sound. The very raw sound on the original suited this song better IMO. Still, the music is spot on.

If you listen to Kiss Alive 3, Creatures is also sped up a little, but this cover is also pretty fuckin' awesome. Is Ripper still the vocalist for Iced Earth or has he moved on?

Cool cover. Wish the guitarist would've shredded the solo and made it faster. Drummer could've played a little faster too with a double bass, but overall very badass. Vocals were also cool - sounded like vintage Paul but more range.

this isnt better than the kiss version...Iced Earth played this like Kiss just when the Kiss recorded this they havent got "modern" effects and stuffs...and the solo...Vinnie's version is different like this but not worse...I prefer the kiss version

That's just one of his few voices. Paul can't sing as low and heavy as him, but that doesn't matter. KISS has their appeal and so does iced earth. I am not a kiss fan but i can see the appeal, and i respect them.
