@62INSTINCT The CBO was one of the independent organizations which scored the stimulus as successful. In fact they released their new estimates for the first quarter of 2010 and they said the stimulus was directly responsible for adding at least 1 million to upwards of 2 million jobs, despite the fact that the economy as a whole is still struggling. The reason the entire stimulus hasn't gone out the door yet is because it was designed to be spread out over time.

That's what a depression is like. And that's also what it's like when you have to pull the American Government out of a global crisis. So be thankful for that 18.4% increase.
