@SharkHuntingSeason youtube lags videos, although it is hard syncing songs and music with windows movie maker, so i agree, it is partially my fault. there are worse videos...

Sure, the angle sucks, but at least his technique doesn't. He sits very relaxed, lets his fingers do the work and plays in the pocket. You can't say that about 95% of the drum covers here..
