I used paintshop pro 7 (Jasc version, not Corel), when Corel bought PSP they ruined it. The next best program after PSP is Fireworks by Adobe.

In my experience, there is a problem with the sound files.
How are you playing the sounds? Are you playing the sounds from vbscript or from AM's interface?

adventure maker is handy for iphone and stuff but i like game maker more for normal windows game
