  • I don't need to peel, I can eat a whole thing LOL

  • put in fridge/freezer and eat cool :d

  • @asimov231 Oh Absolutely!

  • MMM... yummy... but so expensive D:

  • If you can find them in season they're not expensive. Cheers!

  • They are good fruit... sweet, a good texture... and those seeds have a nice little crunch. Oddly, I find myself thinking that the Opuntia (cactus pear) fruit is a bit sweeter, and I like the juiciness.... but the easy-to-eat seeds of pitaya do add to its marketability and consumer acceptance.

  • I also enjoy Prickly Pears in salads and in shakes as well as dragon fruits, and yes those seeds add a little extra flavor.

  • *grumbling stomach* I want those

  • I find that I'm always craving these...

  • i just slice in half and scoop lol

  • Actually a great idea.

  • *drools*

  • :-) Thanks !

  • Thanks!

I just discovered the Dragon Fruit as well! And I love it. I'm going to grow some seeds for fun. I made a video of my family trying it. It's uploading right now.
