It has the exact same picture as Stunning Recovery =S
I think it was originally going to be an achievement but was taken out in the later stages of development or something, it's not supposed to be there -.-
Good Question. Maybe it does shape itself into a 4x4 square. Maybe it adds the achievement somewhere. If you go on an alt and do stunning recovery, you'll see what I did.

That's because it's displaying the picture for Stunning Recovery, but the text for VL. This is a pretty common bug with the achievements page.
