  • lol @ you paying 735 for a phone....idiot

  • what camera do you use to record your videos?

  • $735,seriosly

  • I am sorry but even though the iPhone is smaller it still appears to be the superior device. I just hate Samsungs flimsy battery cover construction, and that thing is far to big for me. I don't understand what the big deal is over the iPhone's display size, I believe 3.5 inches is a perfect fit for my hand. Whatever floats your boat I suppose, I am not a big fan of stylises but I can see how it could come in handy for artists.

  • @shaneybrainy13 Superior? I think not. iOS is almost totally un-customizable. If you can however, you'd have to jail break it. Jailbreaking however can affect the phone's performance. Not only that, the Note's specs are extremely strong. Stronger than that of the iPhone's.

  • @lightfireish Of course, the ever defensive any thing but iPhone person. I said "whatever floats your boat" implying the fact that I didn't want a flurry of Samsung lovers and Apple haters to come after me in a flurry of Apple hater fueled emotion, but that seems to have happened already. First off all, I really dont care about "customizable" OS's. I want to be able to change my wall papers, organize my apps, and put them in a folder. iOS does all this for me.

  • @lightfireish Furthermore (I ran out of space) I dont need the ability to change the color of my menus or whatnot. Give me five examples of practical customizations you can do on your non iOS device that I cant. Secondly I hate people that quote specs. A lighter BMW with a smaller engine will go faster than a heavier Mercedes with a bigger engine. iOS is one of the most efficient phone OS's out there AND THERE IS NO DENYING IT. I find Android clunky and primitive. There's my response.

  • @shaneybrainy13 The amount of things you can assume about a few sentences of input is astronomical. While I'll ignore what you said, I'd just like to mention that specs and engines aren't entirely related. The stronger the specs on a computer or phone, it'll run faster. That's like saying an old IBM computer will run faster than a brand new laptop. This isn't also implying that battery life is shortened because by all means the iPhone's battery life isn't that good either.

  • @lightfireish If you have more powerful processor and an extremely inefficient operating system then it will run slower than a less powerful processor and an extremely efficient OS dumbass. I don't know how to get this through your thick headed Andrroid fanboy skull. iOS does run apps more efficiently THERE'S NO DENYING THAT. NONE. Flash is hopelessly obsolete and is a massive drain of battery life. It's also a poorly cobbled together software developed by Adobe. Adobe sucks.

  • @shaneybrainy13 iOS constantly updates the battery percentage based on what you're currently doing. If you're playing Temple Run, the battery life will be shortened. This and power saving options that you can use. The iPhone's battery isn't as spectacular as Apple makes it seem. iPhone's specs are weak. They don't handle as much applications and don't run them as efficiently. THERE'S NO DENYING THAT. For one, iOS (or rather, Apple) refuses to use Flash, which is incredibly stupid.

  • @shaneybrainy13 They're just so far up in their own ass, they only want HTML5. iOS has a terrible, absolutely terrible, notification system. The only reason why Android seems so "clunky" and "primitive", is because Apple uses simplicity to bring the iOS to life. With this simplicity, also brings limitations as to what you can do. The App store is terrible because it limits you SO much. It rejects apps for absolutely no reason sometimes, and you MUST use iTunes.

  • @lightfireish I am done with this conversation, I personally love my iPhone that is made out of quality materials and not some cheap ass plastic. Keep on quoting specs, I personally wouldn't want a Note because it is far too big for me and bulky. That's what I think personally. Keep buying Android phones, but don't pester me about my choice of iOS, I purchased an iPhone because I find it superior to any other phone on the market. And I am OUT.

  • @shaneybrainy13 Get that cactus out of your ass dude, I fully said I'm not a Apple hater. Android is definitely not an extremely inefficient operating system, where the fuck have you heard this? Or maybe you just get it from the overgeneralized shit the internet spews out of it's ass? Oh and, a stronger processor doesn't always require more power. Duh. I really hope you go re-educate yourself before you spew out ignorance again.

  • @shaneybrainy13 Also, not all Android phones are built with crap quality. Again, another fine portrayal of ignorance. You didn't even argue half the shit I mentioned before. The glass back for the iPhone 4 was ridiculous, totally unnecessary and was asking for a dropping. Like I said before, twice, I'll mention again. I'm not a full on Apple hater. I appreciate the type of work they do (even if it does come to fooling hype-beasts like you) and I don't care about your personal preferences.

  • @shaneybrainy13 (continued from the last post) It's just that you spew out nothing but "FANBOYFANBOYFANBOY"

  • @shaneybrainy13 Just lastly. You purchased an iPhone because you found it to be superior to any other phone on the market. So I suppose you'll buy Beats by Dr. Dre because you think they're the best and eat grasshoppers for dinner because they're so much healthier than the normal shit you eat.

Don't expect a reply from me unless you can actually say something that isn't too easy to rebuttal.

  • @lightfireishI strongly dislike Beats by Dre, I am the creator of the Beat's by Dre Suck page on Facebook. Way to get that waaaay wrong. I use professional quality products not cheap plastic over hyped shit.

  • @shaneybrainy13

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about. The iPhone 4s, although it isn't a bad phone, is dirt compared to most recent Android devices. Basically what you're saying is "MY OPINION IS RIGHT AND THERE IS NO DENYING THAT!". The iPhone is incredibly overpriced, even the Galaxy Nexus (pretty much the best phone on the market) is significantly cheaper without a contract. Also you do realize that you don't have to have flash on Android, right?

  • @CarpetEraser How many fucking times do I have to say "IN MY OPINION" never have I said "MY OPINION IS RIGHT AND THERE IS NO DENYING THAT!" you people are so quick to find they flaws in any thing or anyone.

  • @shaneybrainy13 Based on FACT, your opinion is wrong. There's no denying that. Also, I didn't say you had Beats by Dre, I used it as an example of your childish mindset.

  • @shaneybrainy13

[continued] Hah, I'm kidding, of course you don't know that. Apple fanboys generally don't have a shred of technological understanding. All you are is defending your purchase and that's all it boils down to. Flimsy plastic material? Remember the guy whose iPhone exploded while he was on a plane? How about that terrible reception glitch? And the only reason why iOS doesn't support flash is because they're at war with Adobe over Premier vs. Final Cut. Get you facts straight.

  • @shaneybrainy13

And Android phones vary greatly. You can't just say that all of them are big and bulky and clunky. Ever heard of the Galaxy Nexus? Possibly the best phone on the market. With Apple the only differences are the unexpandable memory (which is fucking stupid). With Android devices, you get dozens and dozens of different choices. Galaxy Note too big for your 12 year old hands? Get a smaller phone. You simply can't fathom the fact that you may not have made the most wise purchase.

  • @shaneybrainy13 The iOS's multi-tasking sucks balls as well. It's mediocre and isn't actually helpful. Android's multitasking is a thousand times better. Shit like the Retina display is just a whole scheme to make the iPhone look better. It's pointless, really.

  • @shaneybrainy13 I'm not an Apple hater. You just seem to fail to see the flaws in Apple's products. Apple is brilliant when it comes to innovation. The design, the build, it's all amazing quality. But when Apple fan-boys/girls like you bash on me for saying even one negative thing about Apple products, it pisses me off. "Herp derp he said one bad thing he's obviously a hater doesn't know anything derp a herp everyone's ignorant but me."

  • @shaneybrainy13 Also, I'm going to bed. Nighty night~

  • your german is funny :D but i bet my english is alike^^

  • why didnt you get the white one

  • are you going to do a review of the samsung galaxy note??

  • hows the sound quality on the note and do you like the 4s or note more?

  • 4s 16gb is $800 so thats pricey eh?

  • @lebricify A 4S 16GB no contract is $599. $800 is 64GB. Where'd the hell you get $800 for a 16?

  • @techdude6693 I am from Australia :/ if you go apple(dot)com(dot)au its 800 for the 16gb

  • @theawesomeness9911 No. but rumor has it that verizon and sprint will get it sometime after at&t. and before you get all pissed, nowadays it seems typical for phone companys to improve on the phone. So verizon version maybe be better like the Galaxy S II skyrocket is better than its predecessor

  • That knife is deceptive...lol...great unboxing vid!

  • cool video QUInn

  • that's no cellphone anymore, that's a tablet :D

  • Well, we need an update. After using it for a while did you like it? I also prefer larger phones so this would be heaven for me. Hope it's better than the streak 5 inch.

  • Hey. What do you think of the phone now that you had it a while bro

  • I'd just like to take a minute to say, DDAAAAYYYYYYYUUUUMM!

  • lol don't sound like u gone hate it!

  • Is galaxy note good or Iphone 4s?

IF u say note not good but they 1.4ghz compare to iphone4s. tell me more :) Thanks laot.

  • @VKrean They're a different caliber - the note is better visually and faster in processing, but it's huge.

The iPhone is a measly 3.5 inch display.

  • so it's not because the iphone is small?

  • So will this work with tmobile? Or virgin?

  • any full review coming soon? I can't wait for it any longer!!

you are one of the best reviewers out there, and they are few. Amazing job!

would you please cover the Android apps on the note vs. the iPhone's in terms of variety, cost and other you see fit? that would be awesome. Thanks.

  • Good video. We're possibly going to release the Samsung Note in the US during Iphone 5's release date. Cheers.

  • @chensenhan LOL. the iphone "5" was already released under the alias "iPhone 4S". Nice fail post..

  • I love your unboxings Quinn!

  • is it work for 3G or 4G network in USA?

  • please tell me the $ 735 price tag in the description is a typo.

  • @Duk3ster Unlocked. With a 2 year contract it should be 299.

  • @Infernaped contract isn't availible in america

  • @MrX3joe Yet? Or did they completely abandon it in America?

  • @Duk3ster It dosent matter to him it wasn't his money.

  • A box in a box in a box in a video in a computer in a cookie. Whoa.

  • Love this phone! I purchased my Note on amazon for $675 including expedited shipping... Best phone ever:). Looking forward to your review!

  • A box inside a box, inside a box. Then finally the phone.

  • That is a really big phone. I hope the next iphone will be this big. Like your sissy man's knife lol

  • lol i like the sataurated colors of amoled

  • This phone or the Galaxy Nexus?

  • @JSantana319 the main point is do you want a huge fricken device next to your head or look like a normal person that doesn't wear huge pocket pants.

  • @drakeknowstechnology To me it doesn't really matter. I hardly make phone calls anyway, so I'll use the device mainly for web browsing, emails, text, video stream, and listening to music. The Note seems awesome because of it's size and portability and it makes it an all in one device just like the Galaxy Nexus. I got an iPhone and I'm tired of it's small screen, lol.

  • Comment removed

  • Kills Iphone

  • iphone 4s looks like a little school girl compared to the note LMAO . Love the side by side comparison

  • @icolorado303 the 5th iPhone has come out but not the iPhone 5, 2 completely different products wait Til June and you'll see..

  • Thats gonna take some getting use to!

  • @ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy If you say you love big screens, why do you (normally) use iPhone as your daily driver?

  • @ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy Swype is preinstalled I believe; on Android you hold down in the text box and choose "Input Method" to switch keyboards.

  • Three boxes!

  • actually its 800p :P

  • @ThatSnazzyiPhoneGuy How much bigger is the screen on the Note than the Galaxy Player 5? (Well, how different does it feel, as obviously the size difference is .3")

  • heyy, there is swype you have to tap the little setting icon when the keyboard pops up!
