Thanks dave for the reply,heres what i got after i formatted them to NTFS in windows 7 x64 i was getting abit quicker speeds,every drive might be a little different i quess,but in the three i picked up all were pretty close,i bought them today from future shop was only $12.99 each usd so was pretty good deal.thanks and merry x-mas

hey dave whats the read write speed like in megs per secound?i know they say its read 10mps and 5 write but is that the real speed? need to know i was going to get 4 of them for my kids

I bought one of these recorded things off the TV deleated them recorded again & it will only allow me 2/3 of the time recording from the time before. 1) I could get 8x30min programmes on one pen, the second time only 6 before it says disk drive full.  Any one got any reasons why?

would you say that most flash drives are pretty similar in terms of performance, or do particular ones produce faster data transfer?

@Maxsdiscos Some have a faster transfer rate, some are waterproof, even shockproof. The Verbatim one I reviewed before on the channel was also mega tiny :)
