He did not rush this AT ALL! The Star Spangled Banner is our nation's fight song...it's meant to be up tempo, not a ballad for every mildly talented pop singer out there to jack up. If you've ever actually seen the music for this song, you would know the marked tempo is quarter note equals 120, which is the exact tempo he just sang this at. Well done, Mike!
