To get all the presets, you must unlock CERTAIN clothes; I don't know what clothes specifically but I know you don't need all of the clothes unlocked.

kenshi never comes up on kreate a fighter and it has a list of: konquest , motor kombat etc.

not just the 4 "kombat - konquest - kreate a fighter - options"
