A few engineering glitches (fade outs), but I love the emphasis on the bass -- heck, ELP could have amped up the bass line a bit (LOL). I am sure Greg Lake (and Carl and Keith) would give you your props!
Every musician in this is to be commended: vocals, guitars, percussion, KB: You climbed Mt. Everest and will forever have that photo of you on the summit!
And you RESPECTED the source while making it yours. Most excellent!
Thank you i agree with all that you say. but audio came from direct lines and that was a theater concerts so on stage we could not have that pumped sound. god bless ELP
Wonderful tribute to the best band of all time. Congratulations and continued success. Hope you get to see the ELP reunion in England in July. (I saw Keith and Greg perform pirates recently, and they were amazing.)
i totally disagree with your panning of the vocals. This song is hard enough for an English speaking person to sing. But,when English is not your natural language,it is even more difficult. He is to be commended on the passion that he gets into his vocals as an Italian non English native. The musicians are also very competant and a joy to listen to.Well done guys.
twasn't nice of me to make the remark... these guys are very good... but there is that tinge of the merman sounding voice... or an perhaps anthony newley sound that is so un-greg lake. the keyboard player's sounds are actually caught live better than emersons'. that's something. all the best.
@VladtheEmailer tks a lot.... unfortunately we have lost during years all the prog culture we exported all over the world in the early 70's...but we GO ON against all...

Until the vocals,,,,,[which are fine], you'd never know it was a cover, GREAT JOB!
The singer has a voice built for a SAGA cover [ wind him up, etc]

Great job guys! I learned the tune in '77, but this is the first time I've ever heard it covered by a band.

quite a fine performance.. and great sound. the singer, i'm not keen on.. he sounds like ethel merman's brother... but a very impressive display.

Lol! I've got the image in my head of the Ethel Merman scene from 'Airplane' now.

Yeah it's a very good performance, but the vocals are very Ethel Merman.
