And nothing is planned to prevent it from happening again, which it does. The only planning rodeo has is to cover up the animal injuries, with whatever is available, promise the crowd that everything is fine, WHEN ITS NOT, and dispose the victim to a quiet spot to die alone, cause you don't want to taint the meat. HUH?
