Well, for the left hand, you can play "small" chords. What I mean is for C chord you would be pressing C E G.
As for the right hand I guess you dont even have to play octaves it sounds just as well without them. But Im pretty sure that with a little bit of practice you'll be able to reach octaves with both your right and your left hand.Take a slow piece to play and go for the octaves, dont mind the mistakes, just keep going and I promise you that you will get better :)

What would you suggest for playing the octaves? I have quite small hands, so I can never play them perfectly.
