  • OMG PATTY FROM SHAMELESS! <3

  • @guinnessproduction Also, you have the right to be offended, you dont have the right to kill people because of what they say.

  • @guinnessproduction Internet gangster!

  • "Racist against the Irish"??

Another poster using words he doesn't know the meaning of...

  • my mums family are all from belfast and she talked the talk. first girl i kissed was catholic........we'll show the bastards is right!

  • ROFL!

    Lighten up people.

If you can't laugh about it, then you'll cry about it

and i think that we've all cried just about enough

    dont you?

  • A northern Irish catholic says, well done Catherine Tate! This is hilarious, all of the ulster mum stuff is great. Settle down folks below. Wind yer neck in big lad ;)

  • Hilarious! My Irish Dad and Grandpop would piss their pants if they saw this.

  • Heck, this is a RIOT!!! My family is Irish (but from southern Eire). It reminds me of my own family, right down to their delight about my cousin being gay!!!!

  • i'm not racist against the irish in the least, i even shook hands with an irishman once! and i didn't even wash my hands afterwards

  • This sketch was brilliant and was just in fun. Her humor was always on the edge, that's what made it so funny. She was brilliant in Doctor Who as well, probably the best actress ever to play a companion.

  • Lol people seriously - this is a joke so lighten up. Thats What sketch comedy is about, Picking up on stereotypes..

  • I'm from Northern Ireland but I don't think it's offensive at all, I don't think it's awfully funny either. The apron was lazy. She should have used something like "I'm cooking for Bobby Sands" or something. And she could have picked on more stereotypes like having children drinking whisky or nothing but potatoes for Christmas dinner. Oh well. Not a fan of Tate, and she's rubbish in Doctor Who. Lighten up though, it's really not offensive.

  • very funny and anyone who is offeneded by tha has no sence of humour or personalitty

  • I am Irish and I think this is hysterical!! Lighten up!! Its comedy!! Its supposed to be controversial - thats what makes it funny!

  • lighten up u losers

  • Everyone needs to lighten up ffs.

  • u only saying that coz ur irish

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    Fun-nay

  • "Have you ever seen Give My Head Peace? It makes fun of Northern Irish stereotypes, but no one slams it." Eh i slam it!!! its terrible. Its not so much that this is offensive its just not funny and hardly satirical anymore! Its pretty peaceful in northern ireland now so why make this sketch now. Lazy stereotypical humour!

  • please don't called northern irish and irish the same, because they're not. this is not racist, it's a joke. get over yourself

  • I'm from Northern Ireland and I did not find this offensive. For God's sake it is only a joke, and most comedy is made from social or political or religious satire. It doesn't say that ALL Irish are like this. Have a sense of humour. Have you ever seen Give My Head Peace? It makes fun of Northern Irish stereotypes, but no one slams it. The reason is its done by Northern Irish people. The only reason Tate got slammed is because she's English. Now THAT'S racist.
