I wanna know where this TRU with these selling for $2.98 is. : ) I bought the last ones at the TRU I went to at full retail. I love these. Kids, which is who toys were made for back then, weren't as finicky about their toys, I guess. Toys, like the times, were simpler and more innocent.

LoL these are the mango heroes I use too play with as a kid. Super Man, Thor, Hulk, The Fantastic 4, Spiderman Captain America man I had them all! Seeing this figure brings back a ton of memories

Stockpiling? =p Only the Luthors and Sinestros. I hope they do go on clearance, though, given the price but I seriously doubt it. I like the headsculpts on most of these, but the rest has minor issues (costume will pill, rubber bands make him hard to pose, etc). If not for the pricing, I would've picked up Sinestro, GL, and Arrow (assuming I found the first two in stores) but I figured I'd just get one from the line instead.

i think mego figures got started with all the success of the old big GI joes. im not a fan , but i can appreciate it from a collector's stand point. nice review!!
