You wanna know what's interesting? The fact that just because a cup is taller doesn't mean it holds more liquid.
Qwest Field was actually selling 2 cups that both held 20oz of beer... So everyone who bought 16oz beers at Seahawk games got a free 4oz. This has cost Qwest a ton of money...not consumers.
But let's all believe what we see and rush to judgement. People should be stoked they have been getting free beer this whole time.

@tp10super sarcasm? they charged more for the same amount of beer, not less. it is not how you look at it. when these cups are bought, their ounces are considered. they knew what they bought and decided that the cup looked just big enough that they could shake out a few quarters from some unsuspecting people who felt the need to quench their thirst just a bit more. these innocent people were however gypped (i do not mean to disrespect any gypsies by using this term) out of their money.

@MrSampsonight: Right...but all these guys are doing is proving that the cups are the same size. Did they actually measure the liquid to determine whether they are both holding 20oz or 16oz? Seattle Times and Danny O'Neil who is the Seahawks beat writer had a personal conversation with Qwest Field management who said they admitted the cups were the same size but they were both 20oz cups..not 16oz.

@MrSampsonight: Now if they were both 16oz and they were charging one of them $7.00 and one $8.25 then we would have a serious problem. The FACTS are, both the $7.00 beer and $8.25 beer (or however much they are) were both filled with 20oz of liquid. So the people who orded a large 20oz beer got 20oz of beer. The people who orded a small 16oz beer got 20oz of beer.

There you can read what everyone else is shitting themselves about because they can't read. Once Qwest found out about the error they decided to sell ALL beers at the small beer price..
