Any truck (unless it's really ancient) should be able to start right up to at least -15C without hesitation. If it doesn't, check the condition of the engine first.

@CreRay thats not completely true i have and 2000 frieghtliner classic with an N14 cummins and they are a bitch to get to start in the cold mostly cause cummins dont start till it builds up oil pressure

nice truck! she started right up! my neighbor has an 81 western star thats a bitch to start at the best of times! he had to push start it down a hill once. and i had to steer!!
