on your other video on the Jigsaw Corner how did you get that only staffers do are you sponsored? and if you are sponsored why are you using the Mutant Cell
@igetamercedes - No, I am not a staff nor is the person throwing the ball. We work for Bowlers Supply, one of the largest bowling distributors. We get a couple balls of all new releases to test/give out to our pro shop customers.
Yeah this guy is definitely not a cranker, rev rate not high enough.I would classify him as a Tweener as well He does however throw a very nice ball. BWN rolls good for him! nice vid
i stroke and i throw my roto grip from the 3 to the pocket, im getting the nasty soon my only problem is my local pro shop doesnt carry the new widows yet and outside balls they reallly crank you on drilling.
Just place the order through your pro shop. They can easily have the ball shipped from their distributor. Where are you from/What's you pro shop of choice?
Im from a smaller community population of about 8000 and our house is still real wood.. but theyre asking 240 to buy it from them when a wholesale dealer on ebay is asking 146 its like id like to buy from my local shop but for 100 less to buy it online is such a better deal but id have to wait to get it drilled which is a pain in the ass.
I don't think it's appropriate to classify this bowler as being a "cranker". He is definitely a tweener with his rev rate only being approximately 320 and medium ball speed. The deepest he got with the nasty was about 18.
I guess it depends on where you start counting the boards, what arrow it rolls through, or where it first hits the wood. But you are probably right about him being a Tweener. He is deeper with the Jigsaw though. Probably the house oil, but if I tried to throw that line at Slatebowl it would be off into the gutter.
Im throwin down and in with a Mega Friction by AMF right now, but been looking at that Jigsaw. I do like the looks of the Nasty, but think the Jigsaw would be the better ball for me playing down and in on the long and heavy oil on Slatebowl lanes. I just wish there were more videos of Strokers so the majority of bowlers can see what balls may work best for us.
When looking for a new ball we got to consider not only the ball but how we bowl and where we bowl. A good ball for someone who cranks on light oil may look like Wow! but does little good to a Stroker playing down and in on heavy and long oil.

which ball is better, virtual graivty or jigsaw, im lookin at those two

The Jigsaw Corner is much better ball then the VG. The Mutant Cell is better again, but the Ebonite Mission buries them all.

I love my Nasty. But it can be a bit to angular of the spot.

Why are all bowling vids of crankers? For every cranker rollin 25 to 5 there are probably a 100 strokers throwing down and in off the 7 board.
How about vids of good balls for strockers?
