    To be healthy, exercise, get good nutrition (quality, not quantity), sleep well, form healthy relationships, do good, and follow your passion.

  • Eating 6 times a day is total bullshit. Who in the world has time to cook and prepare 6 meals per day? I only eat 2-3 times a day and workout 2 hour a day, 4 days a week and I have lost more than 15 in one month.

  • @Villesanti i eat at least 5 times a day without even thinking about it, its just life style, its easy..and if training right and want to gain muscle it's vital ..

  • I have studied natural nutrition and fasting, and kno from experience that one must drink plenty water while fasting. Does this appear in your book as I haven't heard it said in your videos? Anbother point is how one should break the fast.

  • Great presentation. But what is the need of each individual in terms of exercise and nutrition then? From exercise viewpoint I work out no more than 45 minutes to prevent myself for overtraining. How about nutrition?
