One of my favorites. Most English speakers are "non native". The yellow hat guy is non native and very nervous. He's interesting. You should be able to follow what he's saying. He's introducing a new line of rubber.

i dun think the yellow-hat guy is part of the english lesson. he's just there to show an example of a person giving a speech in public. doesnt matter if he dosnt speak good english at all. as long as the narrator is....
