  • @BornFromDeath i ment covered with sores but i got the song name

  • they should remaster Butchered do webster some justice

  • hell yeah hes wearing a gorguts shirt

  • dayum 20 years ago

  • And all this time I thought there was no bass in this record...

  • @toddles822 pay more attention to the instruments and you'll hear the bass playing it sounds fucking awesome.

  • @toddles822 What the fuck? Alex Webster is the most amazing metal bass player,he can be heard in every song and he has that murderous sound

  • @terminator4100 Man oh man, it's impossible to say anything on YouTube, nay, the Internet, without someone taking it the wrong way.

Of course Webster is an incredible bassist, I'm just saying the bass was tuned down or otherwise manipulated so it's almost impossible to hear. Of course, the other albums showcase his skills very well.

  • @toddles822 Technology. Even the bass drum was kinda shitty back then. I think it's just the tone he decided to use, which was a very dead tone back then. Dead tone + P-bass doesn't go well, lacks mids which cut through the mix.

Heh heh, I do love how he used to use one though...Nothing fancy...Just a P-bass. :-)

  • 45 people need to be sodomised with a meat hook

  • 45 people need to suck my cock

  • fuck of death kkkkkk lokazohhh.... eze album......

  • Wouhaahouu!! Rare video !! kick my ass!!!!!

  • Fuck Father Webster has a lot of Father Harris Influence!

  • This is fucking epic

  • That riff from Innards Decay at 2:56 is my favorite Cannibal Corpse riff ever. Butchered at Birth doesn't sound like anything else they've ever done.

  • @VelvetKevorkian Wait you can hear a riff in this noise?

  • @RagingK9Fury I'm not entirely sure why someone who listens to Avenged Sevenfold feels entitled to critique my taste in music.

  • @VelvetKevorkian Critiquing? No, of course not. I was being serious.

  • @RagingK9Fury It's being filmed on a camcorder in 1991, so of course it sounds like garbage. It's not the album version or anything.

  • @VelvetKevorkian Look, I have a friend who showed me their stuff. I gave it a shot, and I just thought it was a bunch of noise.

  • @VelvetKevorkian don't you mean aplunged shittingfold?

  • I already herd it, please man I was a fan of them since 91 ok.

  • Cannibal still kicks so much ass, not just the 90's cc

  • Cannibal Corpse of the 90's its so nice to listening that even my mom could cooking with Covered with Sores as soundtrack! hahaha!

    Fucking awesome.

  • @HarveyHenkelmann wtf there still fucking brutal!

  • Eh after Gallery Of Suicide I gave up, that was a great album and last good one IMO.

  • @LORDGOAT1976 meh, i like anything theyve put out so far, unless they do what morbid angel did

  • @LORDGOAT1976 Kill is one of their best albums you should give it a chance it's great

  • Бля! Парни молодцы!

  • @HarveyHenkelmann They still do.

  • @HarveyHenkelmann They still rule to this day man. Corpse for life.

  • @xfatzombieassesx absolutly

  • 43 have fear

  • Flawless execution !!

  • 43 people need...Lets stop that fucking trend.

  • @ryleyDooD Agreed haha, it's so irritating.

  • I cannot wait until I start a death metal band in the near future, I just have to get through college and learn the drums. I already have the vocals down pretty well.

  • @ryleyDooD Great fucking idea!

  • Chris Barnes > George "Corpsegringer" Fisher

  • 43 people have an IQ well over 50

  • Typical Alex Webster playing (and hair, too) fuck yea

  • Was this album live recorded in the studio or were they just rehearsing?

  • Covered With Sores (Drum Sessions) / Innards Decay (Bass Guitar Overdub) (Butchered At Birth Studio Footage 1991)

  • 41 people love penis

  • Hell yes.. Death Metal history at its making.

  • Nice drums! is an artstar kit?

    Alex's shoes fuckin rules!

  • @TheMorbidAsshole Everybody looked like Dave back in those days haha

  • Butchered thousands of souls!

  • Barnes at 5.05 lol

  • This was before I was even born!

Talk about being butchered at birth, in a way, i guess.

  • 4:00 lmfao

  • Old mate fucking spider fingers on bass.. fuck me..

  • The heaviest live band ive ever heard.. The show grinded everyone into the floor..

  • I wish there was a studio recording 4 every song

  • what song are they playing in the beginning?

  • is that alex playing guitar?

  • @skaterobban no it's fender precision bass

  • @skaterobban Yes, that's Alex Webster- the only CC bass player.

  • crazy cathics and their baby eating rituals

  • Comment removed

  • This is awful. How is this even a type of music?

  • @MrLalalary how about you eat a dick

  • @MrLalalary you wouldn't understand

  • @MrLalalary same way crappy hip-hop and pop is a type of music!!! u make it, people listen to it, end of story!

  • how could someone even insult alex webster by saying he looks like dave, you might need to pay a visit to the eye doctor

  • 3:58 got me ROFLing :D

  • Very Cool.

  • ha ha ha ! :D

  • Alex looks so young. Thats inspiring as a bass player. Righteous.

  • I just love this band.We can learn alot from their songs...i think abortion is just too fuking wrong.Same as killing people

  • @hophoplord abortion is not wrong dude it's a woman's right

  • @americanliberal09 than you dont listen to cannibal corpse id say...u know this album is against abortion?

  • @hophoplord ha ha ha doesn't look like it to me.

fetus is not a function human being.

babies must die ha ha ha ha ha ha

    just joking bro

  • can anyone tell me what song that is 00:1

  • Very intense and heavy song: Hail Cannibal Corpse!

  • At 2:50 that's exactly how Steve Harris of Iron Maiden positions the right hand . Plays much lighter than his imitators who flop the strings

  • @McMinnManiac As a classically trained cellist, I can say that pretty much applies to any stringed instrument. As a kid, my teachers always told me to keep the fingers of my left hand as close to the strings as possible. It enables greater speed and accuracy.

  • Comment removed

  • @unblackcellofreak777 Hello Un Black ! That's not what i meant .I'm sayin' Harris lays his hand on the body of the guitar , Wrist on wood . Where as most Electric Bass players like Jaco have their thumb perched and their wrist bent ,goose neck style! Harris is the innovator of lay your hand on the body with the wrist straight style. Also If you play between the bridge and bridge pick up you get less string flopage .Everyone who is clean plays relatively light and with a bit of nail

  • @HarveyHenkelmann they still do, what are you talking about

  • grandi!!!!!

  • Alex is such a nice guy. I saw them a few years back and Alex was the only band member to come down and thank his fans.

  • I liked Barnes better... He sucked afterwards though.

  • @LaneTheSlain Don't say that Barnes sucked ever.... Be respectful of the death metal vocal master. He basically deserves unconditional respect..... Six Feet Under may not be everyone's favorite style, but at least he's staying true to death metal... He never sucked.

  • Cannibal Corpse is from New York, buddy.

  • @MrSlayergod88 i though they were from florida, i think im sure theyre from florida

  • @cajonbru they moved to Florida, a couple of them are from Buffallo, i know for sure Alex is.

  • @cajonbru Go watch their DVD,Centuries of Torment: The First 20 Years, they're from Buffalo, NY. Any real Cannibal Corpse fan should know this!

  • @MrSlayergod88 oh sorry, i havent watched the dvd, i just said that, coz the two times that i have seen them, they said, we are cannibal corpse from florida.

  • @cajonbru Well, they did move to Florida after the first 2 albums I think, so you weren't wrong to be confused, especially when most Florida Death Metal sounds like them now.

  • gotta love the sadus sticker on the bass

  • Alex Webster hasnt aged a day!

  • "Chris is better" "No George is better" Honestly, who the hell cares?! They were more brutal back then, but more technical now. You can't really compare the two, all that matters is that Cannibal is still great and worth listening to. They're not like Cryptopsy where they changed completely with their new singer, so quit arguing about who's better.

  • American Fender P's with Maple Fretboards sell for $900 to $1200. Most people don't like because they are very unforgiving. You must play precise or you will sound like ass. Nothing Punches like a P. The oLd SDGR comes close and the modulus sounds dead.

  • Chris Barnes is so awesome in this vid!

  • Im probably going to get a lot of insults for this , but i think a Fender is not the best bass for death metal and i think it sounds kinda shitty although Alex is a great bassist. SO NOTE THAT IM SAYING THE BASS SUCKS, NOT THE BASSIST!

  • @Charliedethklok7 Fender is for blues, but probably that Alex didnt had enough money to buy a good bass for Death Metal, I agree with your arguments, but if you see Alex's bass now, it fits more :P

  • @MetalHeadunit Yea you might be right. and its true his bass is fucking awesome i saw it already

  • @MetalHeadunit Fender basses are used in ANY style of music... Do some research before making such ridiculous statements.

  • @NiklausMetal Its not a ridiculous statement, and my teacher said that fender is more bluesy, I know alot of different bass players from different genres uses them (Robert Trujillo for example) but my point was that Fender is not the right bass for metal, when you play only metal

  • @MetalHeadunit I use a fender strat guitar for death metal it works perfectly fine for me. And I see a lot more fender basses in metal than fender guitars so...

  • @wtfjaftw Well good for you, I prefer Spector for Death Metal...its you're choice to play fender and I guess the price is cheaper than a spector

  • @Charliedethklok7 Once again, proving yourself to be a total moron... Fender P-basses do not suck.

  • @NiklausMetal I said they suck for Death Metal...

  • @Charliedethklok7 Wrong.

  • hmmm

  • The best bassist of all time.

  • @D4rkSh4d0wZ cliff burton?

  • @D4rkSh4d0wZ OK, prove it. Prove it to me that this horrible band had the best bassist.

    ...

See, you have no proof. Your opinion sucks.

  • @ThroughRock fuck you man. Try and an alex webster bassline perfectly. I'll bet you anything you can't faggot. Go fuck yourself.

  • @BurtonLord i cant put into words how much u suck

  • @ashodiego CC is from New York...

  • @GGxBeast They're from Tampa Bay in Florida dude.

  • the obly bad thing in this album is its guitar sound. when i listen to the album eventually i just cant stand that weird squeling

  • @jhpv89 Some times you can't make out the individual notes either, so it doesn't sound nearly as impressive as it is

  • i love websrer so much

  • is that scott burns at the knobs? sneap is the bew burns. wonder what happened to burns?
