Thanks for the taste of the English dubs, but I prefer the original. I'm an opera fan, where the villains typically have wonderful baritone voices. I see Muraki sort of like the lecherous Scarpia chasing Tosca around the desk. Tsuzuki -- I mean Tosca -- kills him in part to end her own temptation.

I'd have to disagree with you on Hisoka's voice. I think picking Liam was a good idea because he has the kind of voice that sounds like it's breaking which happens a lot to teenagers. A lot of 16 year-olds sound like that.

Everyone talks about how they don't like Muraki's english voice. I actually like it. It suits his creepy personna. I think it works just right. And Hisoka's voice is PERFECT!!! Liam O'brien is the same person who does the voice for Gaara in Naruto so of course he's amazing!! lol. Awesome video, harusama. Can't wait for another one! ^_^

I like Hisoka's voice better in the English than the Japanese because I think it's an intriguing voice and he's voiced by girl in Japanese, which annoys me to no end. I think I'm indifferent about Tsuzuki, but the rest? Rather unpleasant for the most part in the English dub.

I think this is a very good video to show viewers what the dub truly sound. I also bought the series and enjoyed them in both languages. I wasn't sure to watch it in the dub language as well but I watched the series in japanese first then I watched it in the dub form. I didn't think that the dub was that bad. The one anime that I could not bear to watch in dub was the Dragonballs series.

But it was the ending, with the background music that made it very good. One thing taht had annoyed me about the beginning was how the background music kept changing *can;t be helped* but it all really improved when you added your own over the top, aswell as how you cut and pasted more clips together ^_^ The thing about Hisoka accusing Tszuki of loving Muraki worked particularily well
