This is really cool except the proportions are really bad, the wings should be bigger the head should be smaller and the limbs should be skinnier, otherwise it doesn't look like a pokemon, instead it looks like some random monster.

Heh, your stuff is cool, but it's hardly "sprites". It's pixel art, but it's not sprites in the traditional sense.. They need to be smaller, within the size frame of the games. And you should make them all from scratch..

Well a few of his other sprites do keep original sprites within them. But as I said... it's not a sprite. It's pixel art. The dimensions are much too large to be a sprite.
