Actually Powerpuff Girls Z is an anime version of an AMERICAN series that was first created by Craig McCracken in 1991. It just didn't get created until the late 1990's. The Japanese version, Powerpuff Girls Z wasn't put into production until 2005 or so. That's well over a decade. I suppose you're also going to try and say that Fushigi no Kuni no Arisu came first and Disney stole the idea for it from Japan.
