The pairing reminds me of the Tifa-Cloud-Aeris Love-Triangle in FF7. Besides, love triangles make the story (and characters) more interesting.

Tea annoys the heck out of me but I do think her and Yugi would make the best couple. Yugi is brave and sensitive. He's more grounded in reality than Yami. Yami is always looking towards the past or the future so he often times misses the now. He he he...He's the opposite of Kaiba in that way.

I think Yugi is the best person who can protect Tea and for some strange reason, Tea makes Yugi happy so I ship the Yugi and Tea pair.
