  • I agree That was excellent box playing . Annette you have complete mastery of your instrument 10 out of 10 .Well done donegalfiddle on the recording which was steady filming. thank you.. Pat

  • That was Excellently Played. I love all the doublings and grace notes you played this was supurbe. I think you have an excellent set of bellows on your accordion because you seem to have a lot of air with little effort. Bravo for you.

    Ron!

  • Fantastic ! ! ! 5 stars for you, Christian (from France)

  • The finest Irish music to be found on youtube.

  • @Mistermanisgreat Yes!! reminds me of the finest aspects of playng from the 50s and 60s ...great to hear it's not all dead! This musc can sand tall anywhere in terms of its inherent merits as well as representing the best in the tradition. Hope it does not get lost in a whirl of noise and poor melodic sense!

  • Lovely, relaxed, poised playing.

    A real treat.

  • I second the motion for a CD. Really lovely playing and such a nice sound. Many thanks for sharing this!

  • Lovely playing. Nice to hear a Paolo Soprani. Why do the big names play other accordians now? Joe Burke had a nicer tone with a Paolo Soprani.

Would like to see Annette play in London. Return to Camden festival would be a good show case.

  • Mighty

  • Have you recorded any CDs. If so where can I buy one.

  • What a ride!! Sexy bird!! Great playing too though!! :P

  • A delight to look at. Wonderfull music.

  • lovely stuff. . . First tune is a composition of the great Sliabh Luachra accordion and melodeon player John Brosnan.

  • Lovely woman and music. What a good use of the bellows, wow! Thanks for posting this.

  • At last we have a good quality online video of Annette. Music played as it should be played... has been playing this good for years

  • i know the first tune as " John Bronans Reel" after john brosnan the accordion repairer and musian from kilcummin co. kerry.

  • Lovely playing.......reminds me a little of the late Paddy O'Brien

  • Nice melodic style and tune change ....are you a John Regan fan?
