i knew a kid who admitted in court to killing his step father for beating his mom. he got manslaughter and faced 3 years.. this is a hate crime, a fuckin cold blooded murder 4 on 1 would have been enough to get 4 browns blacks wutever at least first and seond degree charges. state of oregon would have charged mesure 11 regardless of the reasons of the fight
