As a fan of neither band (an innocent bystander) - I think the versions are extremely alike.

So - whoever "covered" first are the ones that created a unique song. And if you missed it.. Melanie B also covered the song, but that's just dreadful.

I like it as a rock song, and had not heard the Korn version which I feel was equally good.
