Even though I hate the chargers, I do agree that norv & AJ both shoulda been fired. The owner needs 2 be fired also. Norv is to offense as Wade Phillips is to defense, good coordinators nothing more. Why they still keep taking coaching jobs & don't stick to what they're good at is beyond me.

Horrible play selection for first downs(run up the gut).

Horrible motivator or disciplinarian.
