It's actually a gayageum.

I consider the guzheng the mother of the Asian long zithers and the gayageum, koto, yatga, and dan tranh as it's "daughters" for they were influenced by it.

This is originally Japanese song sung by Nakashima Mika (?:spell check please -_-;;), don't know the composer though... it was translated into Korean and used in Korean drama called "미안하다, 사랑한다" (?:never watched it...-_-;;) It's a modern music but in my opinion, it sounds the best with piano.
