Put part 3 on man. Don't keep us hanging and I agree with sidewinder on the idiot at 2:27 andI also agree officer Steppe you guys in law enforcement are owed a huge debt of grtitude for what you all do
That Crown Vic coulda ate that S10 up and spit it out if it wanted too. It's not a race when these pursuits happen but keeping the suspect in sight while at the same time keeping the public safe. So this Officer did the right thing. Didn't loose sight of him (til that other unit fronted him) and was following the suspect at a safe distance.
@1998disco72 if it wasnt for mint hill interfering with the pursuit steppe would have had a better chance apprehending the suspect. He was keeping him in sight until they stepped(no pun) in, last i checked that wasnt mint hill (could be wrong). I know you guys are told to maintain a set distance to keep suspects from running harder but in my opinion its like showing them the exit door.
Thanks for both uploads, would like to see a part 3! :) If you are the Officer that was in pursuit, I salute you. Too bad the C. City unit got in front of you near the end, If you had been there (first in line) when he bailed, this vid would have ended very differently, I belive :) (If you were the Officer) :)

Do Charlotte police cars have strobes or any other flashing lights in the headlights and rear lights?

OMG Fuckin' moron at 2:27. Lights and sirens should be a dead giveaway that somethings amiss and should stay put a minute.

I bet that the greatest feeling was when Steppe saw the two other units arriving to assist! Good job and nice Phaser work!!
