Lol I remember when I had a US chipped version of ctr and I used play as penta in this game. At first I used to think he said formula 1 and formula 2 because it's a kart racing game but people say it's something like penguin yay 1 and 2 :). thnx for uploading btw as it brings back some memories lol

lol ur british accent...im sorry its just funny...anyways, yeah penta always does that "penguin yay 1" and "penguin yay 2" crap. the reason why was because he was an "unfinished" character. there...go back to ur european PAL stuff n stay away from us americans....just jokin lol =D but yea, he was unfinished in american versoin, then u guys kinda finished him, and for the hell of it, gave him the stats of N.Oxide (bullshit, we get penta with polar and pura stats!!!)

Basically, Penta's data isn't finished in the American version, so one of the programmers said "Penguin Yay 1" and "Penguin Yay 2" as placeholder sounds. Also when he gets the mask powerup it's sorta weird, because the icon has Uka, but he uses Aku instead.

penta is fully unlockable. You get all platinum relics to get him. He is insane and works for both good and evil. Proof? When you get a mask with Penta, it shows as Uka Uka. When you use it, Aku Aku swirls around you!

so penta aint black, hes only a code character, nvr deleted, unfinished beta character...y didnt they finish him?! o well...

Wow, I can't belive no one realizes why this happens...

Penta is unfinished, voice wise so that was a subsitute until they got the rest of his "yays" done, but it never got done which is probably one of the reasons he's only unlocked by a code.

well, i have the NTSC version and while playing ctr today, many voices and sounds just start popping up. this sound was one of them. this glitch has also happend to me

ok the first time i watched this video i thought it was the maker of the video mumbling.... but i was playing CTR peacefully today(NTSC VERSION) when all of a sudden, random voices and sounds come up. this was one of the sounds/voices in the bunch. this didnt just happen to u, happend to me to

its imported from america. with a pal setting. i was using NTSC i think. happens on both NTSC and PAL.
