The stated target for full implementation of the North American Union is 2010.

I only wish that us Canadians had a referendum concerning the North American Union, but unfortunately, all meetings concerning this are held in private and there is a media block concerning this. Most Canadian citizens have never heard of this new treaty, and simply don't believe that something with such impacts on our charter of rights actually exists.
