Washington Press Club a few weeks ago had military officers and missile tech saying sightings above the sites at various times are only likely causes. Many layers of redundancy must be defeated in the systems, so unlikely this was error or system failures. It was explained failure was highly unlikely. UFO reports are already on record in vicinity at the time.
