That bad mix was slumped out. Dont pay the bonus. It will be needed for repairs soon.

I don't believe the people in MN asked for all these news crews to come and camp out. I believe the police are trying to keep people away from the scene for the privacy of those people who have not been found yet and for safety reasons. At the same time, this should be reported. The possibility of something like this happening near or to you is not impossible. There are thousands of bridges all over the US that are like the 35W one and people should know about it so this doesn't happen again.

Just think if that was someone you loved who lost their life driving home from work. For people who actually live in Minnesota, this is a huge deal. Have a little respect for the people who lost their family members and friends or don't say anything at all, as this has absolutely nothing to do with you.

amen. And of course, I live half a block away, I bike this at leeast twice a day. My brother had been driving over it minutes before it collapsed.
This isn't the end of the world, but it was tragic, and profoundly upsetting to witness.

All these negative comments are pathetic. People died, people were injured. Don't blame people who have no involvement in this event. Just because there's a few people in certain groups that feel the need to go out and kill people doesn't mean that's what the entire group believes or that they're all terrorists. If people learned about other religions you would know that.

It is a wonderful to see our fellow Americans literally jumping into the Mississippi River to help people out. It is a great to see Americans standing in line to donate blood at the site of a catastrophe as opposed to watching it and remaining complacent. I enjoy watching the human spirit in action, not on the sidelines.
We should all applaud those volunteers that risked everything for friends they will have for life.
