@1993hondaaccord You are right. Sad indeed. Now, no more racing for me. It is called "getting old" and my joints were aching because of lame seats and long drives. Now I got a 2010 Taurus. (but I still have my 1994 turbo civic, :) just in case I want a fun drive)

I don't know about you but I respect NA cars. If you know something about engines, weight of cars and mods, you understand what I mean.

My point exactly. That lude wasn't stock. It had mods. The sound of the car that you hear on the video is not my car. The only sound from my car that you can hear is the "SWISHHH" from the BOV.

To tell you the truth, that same lude raped me sometime later. Not badly, but raped me. So imagine...

Maintenance is BAD on VR4's. Check this prices in Puerto Rico:

Tie rod for my 1994 Honda Civic:

$12 mickey mouse brand

$18 japanese (great quality)

Tie rod for my VR4:

$53 mitsubishi brand

I do the jobs on my cars. Add that if you have to pay for the job.

Well... I respect your opinion. Here in PR people complaint about Honda parts prices. They say those parts are SOOO expensive. But come on, they aren't. That's what I meant when I compared both cars.

VR4 high performance driving... OK. Civic hatch with a TYPE-R, D16 or B16 or H22 turbo engine IS a high performance car for high performance driving.

You get a 300hp 2200lbs Civic against my 350HP 3800lbs VR4 and I will show you which car is for high performance driving... Yup: the Civic.

@xtrasico If you put all that same stuff into a vr4 you will be able to beat anything. You can easily get vr4's up to 400hp just by turning the boost up. I have a vr4 and it has exactly that. 400hp at 14psi with minor engine mods

The car is not great. I just wanted to post the video. Some people are going to say: OMG you are proud of beating a prelude? In Puerto Rico there are some crazy street cars using 250 shot NOS, Civics with Type-R engines, big turbos in little hatchs, so it is tough. You see that beat up Sentra beside you at the traffic light and next thing you know you are only seeing the license plate lights getting smaller, because that car had a SR20DET with a turbo so big you can use it in a JetBlue airplane.

At that moment the car was stock. It is not stock anymore. Actually what it really needs are bigger turbos, which I have, but not installed. The car has all the needed upgrades to run 25psi of boost. I want to do the swap myself because I do all that stuff, even thought I am not an AutoTech, just a Fraud Investigator, but I don't have the time... not right now. Of course, I don't have the money to pay for the job. So I'll just have to wait.
