We are most certainly living in the time near to Christ return, many of the prophecies contained in the bible, are in the news we watch today. If you don't know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, time may be short until His return. If you already are a believer, tell others of His promises to those who accept Him as their Savior contained in the Bible. It's not too late now, but could be sooner than we may think. He is waiting on us to call to Him to save us from our sin and give us eternal life.

Jesus told those of His day and us today who are trying to save ourselves, "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. Also, I do not mean "save" in the same context that you or Jesus does. I am not referring to eternal salvation at all (obviously I don't believe there is such a thing). When I say "save," I mean that we are the only ones capable of fixing our society and our propensity towards violence. It is our responsibility. But change must occur in our minds. Project kindness not by command of higher power or fear of damnation, but out of love and respect for fellow people.

Anger and Sadness, yes, but nothing surprises Almighty Jehovah. If the Word of God shackles us with fear, how is it that I am not afraid? But those who do not change their relationship with God from being His enemy to being is son ought to be afraid. If he is not now, he will be when he stands with out excuse before God. I am closing in on 50 years old and since I was a 4 year old growing up in the Bible-belt I have heard this "End-of-Time" message. Looking back hundreds of years in history this "the end is near" scare-tactic has been utilized by the Christian religion almost as much as the scare-tactic of Hell...people are so much easier to manipulate when they are scared.
