i got the orange finish exit8 and the way this beautiful thing plays is so smooth and comfy idk if i ever want to use anything else! takeshi is the koolest guy ever with the koolest yoyo ever! oh and does anyone know what trick drew is doing around 2:05?
@TheYoshad Thank you so much :) The trick Drew does is called Kendama Cups. I think he does a frontstyle version of that trick too. If he hasn't done a frontstyle version, I 'm sure he'll try now that I've announced it to the world ;) lol
@DaRealTakeshi, its true! ive had my exit 8 for a couple weeks now, and ive been treating it like a baby haha, its by far the best yoyo ive ever thrown! idk if you remember but this is shad from the Kansas state yoyo contest, and i was wondering if your going to be at the mid west regionals. oh and does drew have a tutorial on kendama cups?
i'm still wondering why don't hey change friction sticker into silicone pad??? and why couldn't they replace the size A bearing to size C??? isn't it that hard??? duncan's yoyo could be as good as YYF, if they can change the old way they design yoyo, into a new way
@LLCoolZack - If you are referring to the Exit 8 specifically, I can tell you that this is my signature series yo-yo that I designed to the things that I like in a yo-yo. If you are talking about Duncan in general, Duncan does have yo-yos with size C bearings, they do have yo-yos with silicone pad. All the details to Duncan's yo-yos should be available on any good retail site.
@LLCoolZack have you ever heard the old saying "if its not broken dont fix it" i think it applies nicely here. duncan makes awesome yoyos that compete with any yoyo company out there. just because they choose to have some individuality and produce some small bearing throws with silicone stickers doesnt make their yoyos bad. they know what they are doing and they produce great yoyos. in my opinion duncans yoyos are just as good as any other yoyos out there.
@RobbieG12333 It's all personal preference. I prefer small bearing. When the plastic line was first created (Freehand, Flying Panda, Throw Monkey, etc.) most of the Crew preferred small bearing , so Duncan used small bearings. We have more Crew now and a lot of them prefer large bearing, so Duncan started using large bearings. Know what's right for you and don't worry if others prefer something else. I prefer small bearing, but large bearing is super cool too ;)
