I met and was able to interview Jim, one of the items not included was how Roma pretty much was a stooge, and gave dirt to the bookers about certain wrestlers. Roma and Powers didn't get along from day one, and Roma took advantage to get himself a better spot on the card. Whereas Powers was used as an enhancment wrestler, Roma was pushed as a member of Power and Glory, and then in WCW Roma used the same tatics to get his spot as a 4 horsemen. Roma was a stooge and shitty wrestler.
These guys were a good team. They were in that Rock n Roll express/midnight rockers vein. Vince should have pushed them more. Am I the only one who thinks those voice overs by the Fink during these tv matches is cool?
I can recall later seeing this match on Prime Time Wrestling. I think you can find that match on Youtube as well, although the quality is not all that great
Great Action despite the short duration.Loved the double arm twists to Horowitz followed by the abdo/gut punch. The Young Stallions are still as Great to look at all these years on as they were then in the 70s/80s era,Smart looking Guy's,Great Muscle.Well Worth Viewing,Thanks for Posting.
