I used to LOVE the Narnia books and the old BBC series, it is disturbing to see how the magic is reduced to just another Hollywood blockbuster, and harry potter/lotr plagiat, although not as good. I can't stand how unreal and computerized it looks, Aslan looks like a cartoon!! Shame, none of the charm left, only Hollywood cliches... alas!

I'm excited, but the trailers really worry me. Not only does the acting seem worse than it ever has, but there IS no threat to Narnia, and a lot of things in there don't even happen in the book... XP I'm SO seeing it, but I really hope I'm not as disappointed as I think I might be... I REALLY hope they don't ruin my third-favorite Narnia book... They already slightly killed Caspian by screwing over Peter and making Susan and Caspian a couple, etc... XP

The ending is extremely shocking...it seems that in the ending u find out that all of them a.k.a peter, susan , edmund ,lucy and the rest all died....the kids died in a train crash...(remeber the first movie the lion, the witch and the wardrobe when they were entering the train)..yeah, well it crashed n they all died...so in narnia...they had to prove themselves, to enter the real narnia...which is somethin like a narnia version of heaven...

@meter4ever If memory serves, that isn't entirely accurate. They do all die but they don't have to prove themselves. Peter, edmund, lucy, Jill, Eustance, and I think digery and polly, died in a train crash (it was NOT the same train as the one in LWW) however before/as the train crashes, Jill and Eustance are pulled into Narnia by Aslan. They do NOT need to prove themselves, they are there to help Narnia. Susan did NOT die because she was not on the train, I think she was in America at the time.

@charandmolls C.S. Lewis published the books in the order in which I commented. Than some person came and made a "chronological order" When first reading the series, read it in the order I commented. They did not need to be reordered, they make perfect sense in the order C.S. Lewis wrote them in. Not that it's wrong to read it the other way, but i mean at least the FIRST time it should b LLW first....
