The games you play with brain waves are very simplistic and take considerable effort and focus. Same for the 'thought-controlled' wheel chairs. The last time I looked at a prosthetic like this it was controlled by sensors attached to the abdomen. You had to crunch your abs and the like to grip and flex. I'm hoping that it's gotten better since then but integrating into the nervous system is, for the moment, beyond us.
