Flowerhorn's lifespan is about 9-10 years at most. We don't know if the owner killed it intentionally, or it was natural cause. When they die they die.Shouldn't jump to conclusions and blame the owner.

white spots can be cured by changing water and adding methlyn blue and a little salt..it could take 2 days before you can see the results..ive tried it!!! its the only treatment i give to my fish and luckily i have no problem with them anymore..hope this helps! and ow!!! poor fish! u didint even bother to reach for it!

I saw some white spots on their scales and fins. I also saw these white spots with the dead fish before them.....i aleady replaced it with rain water. But the white spots still exist in some FH.

blackness of the eye doesn't mean that somethings wrong eith your FH but the gene that he/she receive it only shows that he/she doesnt have the gene to have red eye color. there are few reasons why that fh died. #1 ammonia level increase to a toxicity level due to irresponsible tank management, that is the major reason why FH die. having bitten by other fish can't cause him/her to death.

first off when a flower horn is fucked up like this its best to throw it away cuz even giving it a salt bath isnt gonna stabalize for long and itll die soon enough, also if your flower horns eye is dark color it means 1 of 2 things either its been bit by another fish, or he scratched it. i have 18 flower horns in a 1200 gallon tank all over 12 inches, i also have 7 red devils and 4 tiger oscars. ive been taking care of fish for 12 years (im 15 years old)
