  • Wonderful! Greetings from Chicago!

  • Living in Central Australia, I've seen nights like that. Where if a choir of angels appeared in the sky you wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised. Thanks for posting

  • one of my favourites.

  • Tears to my eyes for this beautiful singing and video clip of my great-uncle's carol. Must be something of him in me - I'm a composer too...

  • Thanks for this. I'm a pom but lived in Australia for more than 30 years and sang the William James carols many times. This version is superb. Better than my much-loved old recording by the Adelaide Singers.

  • love this carol. Thx for putting it up!! :-D

  • @The100Force My pleasure! Glad you liked it.

  • Thankyou for putting this carol up. I learnt it at school when I was in grade 3 or 4. This was in the days when there was a radio on the wall in each class, and we had singing once a week and learnt Australian history.

    Have a lovely Christmas.

    Cheers.

  • My pleasure! I have become rather bewitched by this little carol. You have a lovely Christmas as well.

  • I'm glad you like the carol - it's new to me this year as well.

As far as I know images on Flickr are licensed under commons, which means you can use them for non-commercial purposes.

If you've got iMovie, putting together things like this is super easy.

  • Hey cool! I wish I knew how to do these things. (Do you get permission for those pix @ Flickr?) & a new carol for me, too. Thanks!
