Btw, note that Nerf are not "weapons", they should be labelled as toy blasters.

@hibyeloserX The Nerf Magstrike Dart Tag versions were not sold in Singapore, but the Iron Man version was available in Singapore back in 2008-2009. No more in stock now though. Nowadays, i order my Magstrikes from overseas online stores or through trading with other nerf enthusiasts.

Can you burst fire? or is it just full auto?

@spikes4298 You can also fire single shots or 2-3 shot bursts with just a light tap on the trigger, its all a matter of timing the trigger pulls.

@Stepanekfamily Nope, the Magstrike uses a manual pump to fill up its air bladder system (it was fully pumped up before my video started), it does not require batteries to operate.

@garandolph So far all of my stock and modded Magstrike work perfectly. I guess something has probably got mis-aligned of broken in your unit so you'll have to just troubleshoot it to find a solution. Check the "clip advancing hammer" piece, it might be broken.

It depends on the version of the Magstrike, the Dart Tag versions are packaged with 2 clips, while the Iron Man and N-Strike versions are packaged with only 1 clip.

Check for air leaks around that section, thats probably one of the likely causes.

Nope, you still have to pump it up. This mod just enables the air bladder to contain more air volume so that it can fire more shots.

Heey nice mod :)

I wanna do this mod to , so i started to open the gun ( The Iron Man version ) .

But at the front part ( by the pumper section ) sits hot glue :S

So i can't open the front part.

What do i have to do ?

You can remove the front pump cap (yellow piece) with a suitable tool, ie. flat head screwdriver. Just use it to carefully loosen and pry apart the cap and casing.

If done properly, the cap will eventually detach easily. :)

Yes, stock Magstrikes can only store enough air to to fire 1 clip before requiring re-pumps.
